interesting. I'm not a teeth clencher, so I don't know as it would do me any good. I've checked with doctors and dentists and they confirmed it, but for those who are, I'd be interested in finding out if it worked for them.
First, this is a good exposition on one particular treatment, but it certainly doesn't do justice to the wide range of "new and unusual" migraine treatments. Furthermore, my understanding is that jaw clenching is only related to migraines in some people, not all, but this video doesn't question that at all. It's more like an ad than a news report, and it's important to realize that the text that comes up at certain times during the video wasn't in the original news program. I was also startled to hear the inventor of the device say that he was previously taking 12 Excedrins a day for his headache. Sounds like he might have been having rebound headaches with that kind of dosage!
I actually enjoyed having a video link instead of just text for a change (so that is a big plus for me). It also does go over 1 new and unsual treatment (don't expect more than just one). I would have liked to see more than just this one new and unusual treatment but I did find this one in particular very interesting. I would love to hear on the migraine board results of anyone who has tried this.
This link itself is a good one-- I too like to see more multi-media sites. However, this link is mis-titled as it features only a single treatment that may not be appropriate for more than one type of migraineur, leaving out the majority of the others. Because of this I don't think it's a comprehensive enough video to be featured on the Migraine Headache page and would rather see it elsewhere such as Complementary migraine remedies, etc. The 3 stars reflect the content, not its placement on the Migraine Headache page.
