Great tools. I especially like the School Nurse Instruction form, as I get the feeling a lot of school nurses don't have a lot of expertise with migraine.

The links to the tools presented here are good. There is a link to keeping a migraine diary (daily, weekly, and monthly printouts). There is also links to migraine disability tests that you can take yourself. A great self-help link.

Though I certainly wish there was more information here, the tools are a great idea, and I love that children's issues are presented as they are often neglected in the other literature etc.
