We know that Migraine can be caused by inflammation. Just enter your chosen food and this nutritional chart tells you the Inflammation Factor. A great tool! It also gives you the glycemic load of your foods, helping you to keep a handle on high insulin levels also newly associated with migraineurs. I wish there was specific information here to tie in these two factors with migraine, but a little searching quickly will yield results.

The article has pretty packaging but I get really suspicious about rating "inflammatory factors" -- there's not much credible scientific evidence offered and people take this information to heart.
