I really like this link. It is much more current than most out there and explains current science. I wish more info on the genetic aspects were addressed, but that would probably be the worst thing I could think to say about it, and since we don't know a whole lot about the genetics that wouldn't be very complicated to address, I didn't count that against the article.

Excellent article! A bit hard to understand at the very beginning, then it breaks stuff down quite nicely.
